Hi! I’m Dani, a freelance editor of fiction and narrative nonfiction for publishers and indie authors.

I’ve had my nose buried in books as long as I can remember. After earning a BA in English, my love of the craft sent me on a mission to learn all I could about storytelling. Then, after working as a writer and editor in the corporate and marketing worlds for several years, I went on to offer her services to authors—and quickly found it to be my passion.

I’m a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and am currently enrolled in the University of Chicago Graham School’s Editing Certificate. I work with authors pursuing traditional or self-publishing in literary fiction, book club fiction, YA, romance, thriller, memoir, and more.
